I worked with Uwe Gsedl several times over the last two years. He’s having an opening reception on Friday, February 5, 6 to 9pm at Gallery 200 in West Chicago. He was recently featured on the Daily Herald:

Location: random stop along State Highway 1. We decided to shoot by what we initially thought were just trees on a steep hill. We didn’t see this waterfall until we looked down!

These were taken on a massive steel sculpture we found outside the Woollaston Estates winery near Nelson. The piece is called Yantra for Mahana, by Marté Szirmay. There is a brief description on the winery’s site – http://www.woollaston.co.nz/art/by/Mart%E9-Szirmay
