Things have been pretty hectic since getting back to the UK, but with winter moving in we’ve had severe snow storms here and the country is coming to a standstill which means lots of editing time for me. (although still a long way to go, so many great shoots to edit)

In the land down under, it takes a lot to disturb others. They generally pass by with a curious look and go on their way without much fanfare. I asked parents with children if they cared before we did this and the response was, “Well, I reckon that’d be alright.” And the look was astoundingly that of “Why ask? Just do it.” So I was able to do something that would have gotten us all arrested in the United States and had a blast doing it. One lady even stopped to applaud us. Oh, just to be back there.

These shots were taken about 30 meters away from our balcony at around 5.30am on one of the mornings with a beautiful sunrise.

Our photographs were taking during a really short shoot, I think we only shot 20 frames in a couple of minutes, but the colours were so amazing we couldn’t miss the chance to shoot (be it short and sweet).

Luckily Keira found the time to model for me on another morning so more photos will be posted from that shoot soon.
